Kalypso commences phase one of construction

Construction has now begun on our exciting boutique residential project, Kalypso in Tamarama. Our construction partner, Lords, have begun demolition of the existing building in preparation for the next phase of construction.

Kalypso will be the pinnacle of Tamarama living. The iconic design by MHN Design Union will feature 11 bespoke residences of either one, two or three-bedrooms, in addition to a collection of penthouses. Inspired by the natural flow of the ocean and effortless hum of life in this iconic suburb, Kalypso is being crafted with passion, artistry and timeless style. Completion is estimated for mid-2022.
