Dare releases sneak peak of Piper

It is with immense pride that we release the first renders of Piper, our new joint venture with Fortis. Piper will be a luxury residential offering on a 2650sqm site in Sydney’s prestigious and tightly held Point Piper.

“Point Piper has not seen a project of this scale and caliber for many, many years,” said our Director, Danny Avidan.

“With only 15 luxury apartments in a terraced four-level building, opportunities like these in a location like this are very rare indeed.”

Piper will feature a range of high-end two, three and four-bedroom apartments, with interiors by Mim Design. The project hopes to capture the imaginations of the owner-occupier, empty-nester and downsizer markets, who are looking for distinguished and well-positioned living.

Dare Property Group and Fortis purchased the site for $41M via Pallas Capital, Fortis’ sister company. Pallas will fund the acquisition and construction of the project.
