Zero Gipps will host a total of 2,000sqm of premium office space across 5 levels, with spaces ranging from 107sqm up to 447sqm.

The future-proof, highly sustainable and design-driven workspaces will respond with sensitivity to the Collingwood precinct and existing urban character. With human wellness, amenity and sustainability at its core, Zero Gipps will include a number of active and passive environmentally sustainable design initiatives focusing on occupant comfort, health and mental wellbeing.

The building’s roof increases opportunity for social and environmental connection, with rooftop gardens as the means to reconnect. The rooftop will help to achieve zero operational emissions using entirely renewable energy from 100 photovoltaic panels along with renewable retailers. Through the near exclusive use of natural, locally sourced materials. The embodied energy of the building will help to achieve the biophilic design principles of low energy.
