Our Director, Danny Avidan, recently met with The Urban Developer’s CEO and Founder Adam Di Marco, for a TUD+ briefing to discuss our partnership with Fortis on the acquisition and development of a new site in Sydney’s Point Piper.

We’re pleased to announce the recent $41M acquisition of a 2400sqm site on Wunulla Road, in Sydney’s most exclusive blue-chip suburb. Known as Piper, the resulting project will feature 20 boutique homes that will redefine the standards of luxury housing.

Danny said, “it’s every developer’s dream to create something iconic and we’re really about creating the gateway to Point Piper... a dream that hasn’t been achieved before, where we’re not only going to rely on where we are, but in what and who we are.”

The vision for Piper, is to go beyond anything we have done to date, using a strong partnership with Fortis to create housing that combines scale and creativity to go above and beyond what is expected.
